Dai (Enough)

A hit at last year’s Edinburgh festival and across the US, Iris Bahr’s one-woman show takes us into the colourful world of a Tel Aviv café, only minutes before a suicide bomber enters. Bahr brings to life 11 different characters from across the spectrum of Israeli society: eccentric, lost, hilarious souls whose lives, quirks, and neuroses are channelled through Bahr’s remarkable characterisations and ability to bring humour to even the most dire and tragic of circumstances.

Iris Bahr is a writer, comic actress, director and neuropsychologist. She has appeared in various American TV shows including playing the recurring character Orthodox Jewish Girl in Curb Your Enthusiasm. She will be in conversation with Anne Sebba after the performance.

One show you are likely to feel for days afterwardsNY Times.

In association with Jewish Book Week.
