Tales from the Shed  

Come on a special outing with Treehouse and step into a world of music and magic. Tales from the Shed is Chickenshed’s nationally acclaimed production for children, showing us a world where everybody can come and share together and not only believe in the magic but make it happen.

Each show is different, but all work creatively to improve literacy, numeracy and communication skills for the under 5’s. This interactive performance introduces children to a universe where there is no edge to the stage, so that they and the performers can take this theatrical journey together.

Fairies’ Tales 

When humans grow up, they stop believing in fairies. For your average fairy, on the other hand, humans are a mysterious race that exist only in legends and fables. But on Midsummer’s night, the most magical night of the year, the fairy world and the human world collide and so begins an adventure against time to save the two worlds and their belief in each other.

Told using puppets, live music and physical theatre, this production for 3-7 year olds will mix banshees with businessmen, magic with mischief and hilarity with high jinx. This is no ordinary fairytale; this is the fairies’ tale.
