We love to eat – all sorts of food in all sorts of places. Jewish food is a mash-up of styles from all the places that Jews have lived over the years – showing the influences of the Middle East, the Mediterranean, Spain, Germany and Eastern Europe. It’s the combination of these varied styles of cooking, along with our own innovations, that makes some food uniquely Jewish.
