JCC ENVIRONMENTAL BIKE RIDE
PRE-BIKE RIDE Q&A
Come and get all your questions about the ride answered at a pre-ride information evening. We’ll be telling you more about the projects that the money you will raise will support; providing more practical information about the route and how the day will work; and addressing any safety concerns you may have.
LONDON TO SOUTHEND ENVIRONMENTAL BIKE RIDE
Join Tzedek and the JCC for the second annual Jewish environmental bike ride, cycling from London to Southend. You’ll get the opportunity to complete this challenge whilst helping to build the Jewish community’s first environmental cycling network. You don’t need to be a cycling professional to take part, but you do need to be a competent rider on roads, over 16 and up for the
challenge of cycling 50 miles in one day (whilst wearing a cycle helmet)!
You’ll also be raising money for Tzedek projects based in Ghana and India, and some of the JCC’s core social action projects such as our refugee mentoring scheme and sustainable living allotment project.
The easiest way to raise money is on-line through www.justgiving.com.
Log on and search for Tzedek. Once you’ve done that you
can make your page and then search for an organised event and
the bike ride will come up as an option. Once you are all set
up on-line you can email the link to your friends.
