Sunday 10th March

1000 years of history on a bike!

Join dynamic tour guide Richard Goldstein for a uniquely sustainable exploration of the history of Jewish London.

• Grab your bike and learn about the medieval Jewish community and the direct, shocking impact its history has had on all European Jewish communities, right up to the present day.

• Gain an insight into the incredible story of the Sephardi resettlement under Oliver Cromwell as you travel down Jewry Street, Dukes Place and Creechurch Lane.

• Cycle down to Whitechapel and through the former Jewish East End, to discover the world of Ashkenazi immigrants in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

• Learn about the development of the modern Jewish community in London.

Please note, we will take a pause around 12:45pm for lunch. Everyone is responsible for bringing their own
