Why book an antenatal course with the JCC?

Our antenatal classes prepare you for birth and early parenthood as well as linking you to the JCC which offers resources, programmes and events to parents and families. The course taught by Emma Bloom and Adele Stowe Lindner offers a wide range of topics to help inform and build confidence in preparation for childbirth, and will also offer an additional non-denominational session to help you learn about Jewish rituals, construct your own baby blessing and engage with what it is to be a Jewish parent.

We’re committed to creating a unique environment to bring people together; you will come to our classes as individuals, and leave as a community. The course will be held over two full Sundays.
